All the staff of the Foundation are working concretely to put in place support towards greater autonomy in daily life.
The members of the Foundation Board shape the institution's strategy and ensure both respect and kindness of beneficiaries, as well as defining the ambitions and changes necessary to continue to be a pioneering player in inclusion.
The Foundation Board, the supreme decision-making body, is composed of members with a variety of skills relevant to the Foundation's mission. It meets at least three times a year, or as needed, and has the following responsibilities:
Transmission to management of the institution's major strategic directions ,
Approval of the annual budget and accounts,
Fundraising for specific projects
Validation of development projects.
A delegation from this Council, the Bureau, composed of the President, the Vice-President and members of the Council, continuously monitors all operational activities of the Foundation to provide support, advice and expertise.
Excellence cannot be decreed: it is proven at every moment, it is played out every day, every morning, with every beneficiary.

With its internal and external strategic action plan,
The management of the Aigues-Vertes Foundation, with the support of the Foundation Board, outlines its ambitions and projects for the future along three lines:
Assignment
To support adults living with intellectual disabilities so that they can be as independent as possible, reveal their potential, flourish in their daily lives and live a simply ordinary life.
Resources
To use all our resources in an ethical, sustainable and co-responsible manner. By resources, the Aigues-Vertes Foundation means all of its infrastructure but also its most precious asset: human potential.
Partnership
Making our expertise attractive to make us an indispensable partner both with the various actors of the State of Geneva with whom a service contract is established, and with our commercial clientele, our network of donors, relatives and guardians of beneficiaries.
Each of these three axes is broken down into strategic objectives and actions which translate into concrete actions led by employees present in the field.
Through this multiplication of the strategy, from the Foundation Board to the teams in the field, all of the Foundation's staff are involved in the implementation of the strategy.
